iFilm English TV to air new series ‘Gilehva’

iFilm English TV Channel has been scheduled to air new historical series ‘Gilehva’ from Thursday night.

Airing of the new series, produced by Amir Banan and written and directed by Ardalan Ashouri, will be started on May 4, 2023.

'Gilehva' tells the story of some historical events that happened about a century ago.

It narrates the lifestyle and social relationships among the people, particularly in Gilan, some 100 years ago.

Notable on the cast list are Setareh Eskandari, Mehran Rajabi, Behrouz Shoeibi, Amir-Hossein Seddiq, Hamid-Reza Pegah, Hadis Nikrou, Mehdi Zamin-Pardaz, and Setareh Hosseini.

‘Gilehva’, made in 2019, will replace ‘Sattar Khan’, which will be aired daily at 23:00 GMT.

iFilm English will also repeat each episode of the drama on the next day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00. The new series is comprised of seven episodes.
